Returns Policy
Our product range primarily consists of made-to-order items, fabricated upon the completion of a customer's purchase. While we are amenable to processing returns, it is important to note that certain items are exempt from this policy due to their bespoke nature. Specifically, personalized products that include custom names and dates, as well as items that are uniquely tailored to a customer's specifications, are ineligible for return once the order has been placed.
Customers seeking to return a product must initiate the process by sending an email to our customer service department within seven calendar days following the receipt of the item. It is critical to understand that orders involving formal attire are subject to a strict return policy; we cannot accept returns or exchanges for such items after the event date for which they were purchased. Furthermore, express mail deliveries are excluded from our returns policy.
Formal gowns that are returned emitting odors of smoke or displaying evidence of wear—such as stains or traces of deodorant or perfume—will not qualify for a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returned items are shipped back to us in a manner that prevents damage during transit.
The majority of our shipments are dispatched in robust plastic envelopes designed to fit within standard mailboxes, mitigating the risk of theft by obscuring the package's contents and reducing its visibility to potential thieves. Certain products, due to their fragile nature, will necessitate shipping in a box. Customers will be provided with a shipment tracking number via email, enabling them to monitor their package's journey and receive a precise delivery estimate.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
